On being a Grammie




I can only say that being a grandmother is nothing like being a mom--it is so neat! Taking care of my granddaughter Sidney tickles my heart. However, I do know why they give you children when you are so young.....it is exhausting work!

    These pictures are from the first time I saw Sidney. I live 12 hours from her, and was not able to be there for her birth in November 2008. I was able to see her at Christmas time 2008. What a sweet baby!

    So, being the goofball I am, my granddaughter was born in 2007!!!!!
